SOUNZ Centre for New Zealand Music will continue in Creative New Zealand’s Toi Tōtara Haemata (Arts Leadership) Investment Programme for another two year period and will receive funding towards the ‘infrastructure support for New Zealand music’. We are very pleased with the decision and to be able to continue our important work as one of the leadership organisations within the NZ arts industry to deliver benefits to wider audiences or participants.

Toi Tōtara Haemata provides support to established well run, financially sound arts organisations that fulfil agreed key roles in creating, presenting, distributing or encouraging participation in high-quality New Zealand arts experiences.Creative New Zealand will invest $24 million in a wide range of arts organisations from arts festivals, dance and theatre companies and galleries through to publishers and a website featuring arts criticism, over the next two years. Read more on CNZ’s website.CNZ
